Introduction
We are a group of former "bottled water" employees, who over the last 10 years saw this new technology (Point-Of-Use) slowly start taking away our business. We saw some of our biggest accounts (companies that had 50+ bottled water coolers in one building) changing over to these new coolers that didn't use bottles. They were expensive and only companies that used 6 bottles or more per month per cooler found it economical to change over to this new technology.

We saw all the advantages; no bottles, no heavy lifting, no monthly deliveries, customers never upset over missed deliveries, no contamination from an open system, and best of all because they use the same filters the bottled water companies use the water tastes great. So we decided to start our own business with this new technology and make it affordable for everyone.

Our Business Philosophy
We saw the high pressure sales and scare tactics other companies use. We saw the poor service and lack of concern for the customer. We knew we could provide great tasting water, at an affordable price, with great service and still be profitable. All we had to do is educate the public to this relatively new product and we would be successful. We don't put pressure on you to sign a long-term unbreakable contract for 3, 4, or even 5 years. If we don't provide you with the service you paid for you can quit any time. If you want a long term "price guarantee" that's available also, it guarantees we won't go up in price every year the way other companies do. You are the customer, you are in control, and it is our job to treat you fairly and provide a great product with good service.
Ultra Violet Lights
There are some companies that use "scare tactics" to induce you to buy their products. They make claims that if you don't use their product you and your children will some how not be safe. One company uses a chart showing how millions of bacteria grow from "bottled" water because they don't have an ultra violet light on their water. One company actually provides an ultra violet light right on the spigot where the water comes out. Another company that doesn't have the ultra violet lights told us that it doesn't actually kill bacteria; it rearranges the DNA so that the bacteria can't multiply.
In our opinion the use of ultra violet light on your drinking water is a marketing scare tactic to induce you to use their product. Very similar to all these "anti-bacterial" products (such as hand soaps) that have come out recently. Now the scientists are saying that kids who grow up in environments (their home) where all these disinfectants and anti-bacterial soaps are used don't have strong immune systems. So when they get out in the real world with the rest of us they tend to catch colds and flu easier.
The bacteria they are measuring and showing a chart of are called heterotrophic bacteria and are non-pathogenic (they are not harmful). Pathogenic bacteria such as cryptosporidium are harmful to people, and that's what we need to be concerned with.
If you must have an ultra violet light we can provide them, but they are very expensive and you won't be able to get our every day low prices.
Municipal Water
Most municipal water supplies are safe. They put so much chlorine in the water it kills everything. And the accident that happened in Milwaukee Wisconsin was a fluke, because they had a sewage treatment plant 2 miles upstream from the water treatment plant and certain conditions contaminated the drinking supply. But for years those 2 plants were just 2 miles apart, certain conditions had to happen in order for that water to get contaminated like it was. And everyone learned a lesson from it. Normally, municipal water is safe. It just tastes terrible, so you end up drinking soda and other sugar drinks loaded with caffeine that don't hydrate your body like you need. You do need to be concerned about the pipes that bring the water to you. They were still making them with lead in them until the '70's, and after that the solder they used still had lead in it. BE CONCERNED, NOT SCARED.
The trouble with bottled water is the bottles.
Bottled Water
People learned about bottled water, that water could actually taste good, and you could drink it all the time and it was extremely healthy for you. It still is. The trouble with bottled water is the bottles. First they have to be delivered, it doesn't sound like a big deal but at one time or another everyone I know who uses bottled water has ran out because they didn't get their normal delivery. And once you start drinking good tasting water, going back to the sink is not an option. Then you have to store the bottles, which takes up valuable space and they get in the way all the time. Then comes the worst part, you have to pick the bottle up.
In Conclusion
We are a new company with people dedicated to showing the public what a great new product is available to them. It will be an uphill battle against our very rich and powerful competition, but we know we have the better product and can provide better service. We just have to let people know about it.
