What products do you provide?
Many, and we're adding more all the time. Currently we have: 1. "Point-Of-Use" coolers with 3 stage filters and also REVERSE OSMOSIS (the "Cadillac" of filtration). 2. Distillers (still the purest water available for public consumption). 3. "Under The Counter" units from one to five filters (including REVERSE OSMOSIS).

What type of filters do you use?
We use many types of filters to fit individual needs. Our most popular filters are: a.) 5 micron sediment filter; for dirt, sand, and sediment. b.) Granulated, activated, carbon (coconut shell); for chlorine, odor, taste, and contaminant removal. c.) "KDF®" or polyphosphate filter; for removal of heavy metals and to reduce scaling and bacteria. d.) Reverse Osmosis Membrane; for removal of total dissolved solids and other contaminants.

How do you hook up your "Point-Of-Use" coolers to my plumbing?
There are a number of ways, the two most common ones that we use are; a.) an adapter valve connected right to the valve inside the cabinet under your sink. b.) a saddle valve that screws right into your pipe, these are also used for ice makers and automatic coffee makers.

Aren't you just selling me my own water right back to me?
Remember; over 97% of the water on earth today was on the earth when Columbus discovered America (you could be drinking the same water he did). Water is continuously recycled. Water is pure, it's only what has been added or removed that makes water good or bad. Chlorine was added to kill very bad things in water such as pathogenic bacteria that was making the public very sick. There are concerns about chlorine called DBP's (Disinfectant By Products) that could potentially harm us, but no one has come up with a better alternative. With our systems your water is chlorinated right up to our cooler and then our filters remove it right before you drink it.

I only use one 5-gallon bottle of water a month; won't your system be more expensive?
Yes; except that with our systems no matter how much you use you only pay one price. You'll be able to afford to cook with our water (making your food taste better), and you'll be able to afford to give your pets and plants water without chlorine in it (cats and dogs can smell the chlorine much more than we can, and chlorine is not good for plants). There's also the cost involved if you should hurt yourself lifting one of those heavy bottles. How long can you afford to be out of work? With our systems all you have to do is drink safe, healthy, great tasting water.
-
How often do I have to change the filters?
Never! If you rent from us, we change the filters for you once a year (FREE OF CHARGE). If you purchase a cooler from us our filters are rated at 1200+ gallons, and will last most people under normal conditions over 18 months (then you can purchase them from us at a reasonable price). To put that into perspective, you would have to use twenty 5-gallon bottles per month to equal 1200 gallons per year. If you think you might use more than that we have coolers and filters that are bigger, no matter what, we are going to make sure that your needs are met. Your last worry should be the water you drink, that's what we're here for.

I want the purest water I can get, what do you recommend?
We recommend Reverse Osmosis, but in reality our distillers will give you the purest water. Contact us and we'll discuss your particular needs and what type of system will best suit those needs.
-
I'm going to purchase a water softener; do I need a filtration system for drinking water?
Yes. Most people who purchase water softeners have some type of filtration system or they by-pass the softener for their drinking water.
